Holiday Schedule Updates

Are Posted in Band

We will not have practice on holidays and the Monday after a meet weekend. We will post any updates to the practice schedule on Band.

Please note that on days of lightning, we must follow safety guidelines to ensure our safety in the pool and on the deck. We always try to do our best to get some level of practice, which could mean waiting it out with other activities. However, there are times when this is not possible, and we must cancel practice. It is best to be prepared to pick up early when the weather is in the area. All updates will be posted in Band.

1. Drop-Off Procedures
Please do not drop your swimmer off at the ICC pool and leave until you have visually confirmed that their coach is present. Coaches may be delayed due to meetings, traffic, or school responsibilities, and we want to ensure every swimmer is supervised and safe at all times. Thank you for helping us maintain a secure environment.

2. Staying Updated
Please remember to check your email and the Band app frequently.
These are our primary tools for sharing schedule updates, announcements, and urgent information. With multiple factors such as weather, illnesses, and holiday challenges this season, timely communication is critical.

Since 1986, RCST has been proud to call the pool at Isothermal Community College our home. We are deeply grateful for ICC's ongoing support, which has been instrumental in helping us develop strong, confident swimmers—both in and out of the water.
