ON FRIDAY, there will be 2 pools running simultaneously.
ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY (all sessions) – Only 1 pool will be running.
Prelims/Finals: For 13 & over – Top 16 swimmers in prelims on Sat/Sun will swim again in the PM session. This also includes events with fewer than 16 swimmers. Be sure to check in with Coach Jenna to confirm whether you are swimming in finals and to get your on-deck and warm-up times.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAIN POOL IS CLOSEST TO THE DOOR, UNDER THE COLOR SCOREBOARD. THE DEEP POOL IS BY THE DIVING BOARDS. HEAT SHEETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON-SITE FOR PARENTS.
Meet Mobile: Unofficial results will be available. These results are unofficial and often not updated if there is a scoring correction. However, it is the easiest way to follow the meet results.
Updates: Follow the Meet Chat in Band for live updates during the meet
Seating: Parents and swimmers are NOT permitted to bring chairs into the facility. There is plenty of bleacher seating to accommodate everyone. The mezzanine bleacher seating on the far end of the pool and any bleacher seating behind the blocks is for swimmers only. Spectators can sit on the bleachers on the lobby side of the pool deck.
Seating for 1000 people is available with ample parking areas within 100 yards of the facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Absolutely no glass bottles will be allowed on the pool deck. Only meet volunteers, USA Swimming-registered athletes, and current USA Swimming-registered officials and coaches may be on deck.

General RCST Meet Reminders:
- Be ready to warm up on time
- Pay attention to your coach during warm-up
- Always check in with your coach before and after each race.
- Sportsmanship Reminder: always high-five or shake hands with your competitor after your race.
- Celebrate your teammates’ successes louder than your own
- Do not compare yourself with others
- Bring healthy snacks and water
- Disqualifications will happen from time to time. They are part of the learning process.
- All swimmers should pick up AT LEAST 3 pieces of trash from the deck before they leave.
- Be a great teammate!
- The 6 most important words you can tell your swimmer: “I love to watch you swim!”
